When uploading content to KriftAI:

• Ensure you have the right to use and share the content
• Do not upload data you are prohibited from processing
• Follow your organization's data classification policies
• Respect confidentiality obligations to third parties

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• Promptly reporting any security incidents
• Ensuring authorized users understand their obligations
• Implementing appropriate access controls within your organization

You are responsible for ensuring your use of KriftAI complies with applicable regulations in your industry and jurisdiction, including but not limited to data protection, financial services, healthcare, and government regulations.

We reserve the right to monitor use for compliance with this policy. We may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action including:

• Warning or notice to cease prohibited activity
• Temporary suspension of access
• Permanent termination of service
• Reporting to relevant authorities where required by law

If you become aware of any violation of this policy, please report it immediately to our team. Good faith reports will not result in adverse action against the reporter.
